Easy Pizza Rolls

1 package of egg roll wraps
pepparoni
pizza sauce
1 package of pizza cheese (shredded)
slice of onion and green pepper (optional)

Grind the pepperoni, onion and pepper and mix with sauce & cheese (go light on the sauce you don't want it to leak)

Place a heaping tablespoon of the middle of the egg roll wrap. Start rolling and tuck in the ends for closure. You can use a little water on the edges of the wrap to help them stick.

Place on a cooking tray that's covered with oil or cooking spray. Treat the top of the rolls with oil or spray too. Bake in the oven until lightly golden and consider serving with sour cream
